Mintzy red dress 40711

I asked for a return as soon as I got it and that was on March 10th and I haven’t heard anything back, it was beautiful I got it for my 21st birthday but unfortunately it was too short around my thigh area and it was also very see through. Is there any chance I could get a refund or an exchange?
